SFIT has joined the Ministry of Education's National Innovation and Start-up Policy (NISP) campaign. As per the NISP framework, SFIT's NISP committee has formulated Innovation and Start-up Policy which is approved by the SFIT management.

SFIT ISP committee if formed for this purpose and has following members:
