IRIS is an inter-college cultural festival. It is held annually in the month of February/March. A galaxy of events is held ranging from cultural to literary, gaming, management and marketing.
SFIT ensures all-round development of the students of the college through the various inter-college and intra-college events the best of which is the cultural festival IRIS.
IRIS is the annual college cultural festival normally held in the even semesters. It is organized by the student body of the college with enormous zeal and enthusiasm. It is a channel through which students inculcate and sharpen their hidden skills like organization, management, administration and so on. It is a platform on which students bloom into entrepreneurs.

IRIS Magazine is a culmination of thoughts, ideas, feelings, insights, discoveries and creativity all rolled into a bunch of papers.
It is the brainchild of the literary Committee of the Institute whose mission it is to encourage literary skills in English, Hindi and Marathi. Increased participation every semester has helped cultivate in students, a flair for writing and interest in creative expression.
The magazine epitomizes the spirit of SFITians .It gives a golden opportunity to everyone associated with SFIT to display their skills, talents and hidden qualities. This annual magazine not only serves as a platform for students but also surfaces as a formal medium to channalise the expressions, emotions and mind.
